Children and Disasters

Last year I was invited to participate in an Emergency Preparedness Expo that our stake and another near by stake were putting together for the community. I was asked to do a booth and a presentation on Children and Disasters. I posted on this in March when the expo occured. Since then I have been invited to participate in 2 more in the Portland area, for which I am super excited. Call me a nerd (cause I already know I am), but I love teaching, and presenting. If I could choose my career (outside of being a mother) I would do public speaking and writing. So in order to give those that I will be presenting to the links and resources that they need I created another blog

I'm in the process of posting all the information from my presentations onto the blog for anyone to access. I am really passionate about this topic and loving sharing what I know and learn. In fact I would love to share it with more people, so if anyone is looking to host an expo or simply feels their community needs a little kick in the pants - I'd love to do it.
