Clocks and vintage children

Clocks is this week's theme at One Powerful Hour. I'm entering this skinny at Theme Thursday too, because it's also about vintage children, which is the theme there.Unfortnunately I didn't manage to take a decent picture of the skinny - one is too dark, the other one is too light. Inspirational words of 2010 - Innocence

At One Powerful Hour we're supposed to choose inspirational words for the current year. (This 4x4 didn't exactly go as planned. I realize now I'd rather have left the angels and clouds in sober black and white tones, but anyway...) I've chosen "innocence", not only as an inspirational word, but as a value I'll try to live by throughtout the year because it seems to be an endangered value in the world today. Even children seem to have lost their innocence... :-(((

Winter wonderland

At Make a Moo or Two this week we're supposed to use a technique, stamp, material etc for the first time. This is the first time I use my flake punch to create art and it's also the first time I use metal foil... Well, this is actually the wrapping of a "Kinder" chocolate bar, but anyway, you can doodle on the back of it and it makes an interesting textured effect. I'm also entering the moo for This Thursday It's All About, because the chosen theme is metallics. The little girl image can be found at http://graphicsfairy.blogspot.com/.
