Budget Inn - Valdosta, Georgia
218 West Hill Avenue - I had a 1969 postcard for the Imperial '400' Motel (now a Budget Inn) in Valdosta so on a recent trip through Georgia I decided to breeze by and see how it was holding up 40 years later. It was not doing to bad. A nice little mid-century design. Any interesting details are concentrated on the office part of the structure. The rest of the motel is just standard motor inn material. Might I just say that I love patterned block and never pass up a chance to get pictures of it. You can see the postcard at my other blog http://vintagetravelpostcards.blogspot.com/
