I chose the pillow box for a trio of cute, small gift boxes....perfect for example for a precious small gift of jewelry, for camdy, a small thank you gift, etc.

The embossed boxes: first cut the box and then put the die-cut between the embossing folder and emboss.

Used materials for the blue feather box:
Used materials for the white button box:

  • white and gold cardstock, twine, self-adhesive pearls, button, double sided tape

International Ambassadors Blog Hop time!

Hello everyone,
Some of the International Ambassadors are having an informal blog hop.
This time the theme is favourite season.
Well...actually I like all 4 seasons, spring with everyhing coming to `life`again, summer for long evenings, summer weather and flowers, autumn for the colourimg of the leaves and the first sit in front of the fire place and winter for the fresh air when it has frozen, snowflakes falling and walks through a white forrest.
So it was difficult to choose! I chose spring for that is the coming season.

Being in a crafty mood, I made more than one tag, so...coming week I will publish some more quick and easy to (re)make labels.

Hello everyone,
It´s time for the 10th International Ambassadors (IA) Informal Blog hop.

We so enjoy our blog hop and sharing our projects with you all and we love reading all of your comments with so much joy!

For my project I chose to use the die-set "Shining star" for a CAS (Clean and simple) card.
So....that means it's easy and quick to (re)make.
My card is to bring a smile to someones face by letting him/her know your appreciation, but I can also imagine the set to be used for example for a baby card....

Used materials:
I hope you take the time to hop on over to the other talented ladies of our IA team.

9th International Ambassadors informal blog hop....recycle...

Hello everyone,
It's time for the 9th International Ambassadors informal blog hop.
This time the theme is recycle.... so pimping up something old or used to something new.
I had this old jewelry box awaiting to give it a new look.

To be honest, it was quite a lot of work, but I love the endresult...now it's a sewing box!

First painted the box white using acrylic paint.
Then added pieces of altered and inked patterned paper.
Cut/emboss/stencil Spellbinders 5x7 Detailed Scallops from white cardstock and using brown ink fior stenciling.
Cut borders from the die-cuts and adhere to the box.
Finish the sides of with hemp glued around the box.

Cut/emboss Spellbi nders Devine Floral  from white cardstock and glue on top of the box.
Finish the lid of by adding lots and lots of embellishments such as spools, twine, pins, buttons, rhinestones, etc etc.

Used materials:

I hope you the idea of reclycling the old jewelry box into a sewing box.
For some more great inspiration make sure to visit the blogs of the other International Ambassadors too:
Thanks so much for stopping by.
I am looking forward to your comments... as always :-))

International Ambassadors informal blog hop time!

Hello everyone,
It's time for a new (7th) International Ambassadors blog hop.
As you know we're from all over the world.
Driven by our passion for papercrafting and die-cutting, we love sharing our creations in our own styles with you all.
With so many of you taking the time to visit our blogs and leaving all those lovely comments... well it's quite overwelming and you really make our blog hopping such fun! Thank you all!

Our blog hop theme this time is: "Anything but a Card".
I decided to "jump into the deep end'" and make a crown using Spellbinders®  A Gilded Life die-templates.

It'was quite a lot of work and I think I used my whole stash of "bling"...lol
But hey....no crown without jewels/bling!
And about the size....yes it would fit me!

Used Spellbinders materials:
