You know how you have those days were you stop and think to yourself, "My life rocks?"
Lately, I have been having those days continually.
I am not kidding.
Everyday I find myself thinking about how fortunate I am or what I get to do almost daily that just makes me so thankful.
This week has been a whirlwind!
I got to ride my bike when I thought that the season might of been over.
I have seen Patrice lots.
"Denver" is in town.
I have met/become friends with a few new people who never cease to amaze me.
Work is good. Both of them.
One is a little lighter considering Jordy is out of town.
I am almost finally done decorating my apartment.
(Few pictures to hang and canvas to paint and poof!)
I got a new snowboard. And boots.
Both of those things make me want to pee myself just thinking about the winter.
My cats quit eating paper.
I have been exercising more and am feeling it!
The list goes on really.
Dr. BFF has told me more than once that sometimes I leave these type of posts to often, but this week I just had to considering a few of my experiences the last few days...
I am a firm believer that people come into your life for a reason.
Yes, you may not know it at the time but in rare situations you do.
This week I have been humbled by someone daily.
I am just in awe of the thought of what they have been through and the way they hold themselves.
Being in their presence makes me want to be better.
Maybe that is the reason they suddenly appeared in my life.
Just to show me what true and sincere appreciation for life is.
I believe that maybe I was losing sight of it and the few things I have had to fight through.
This is my favorite time of year.
I love the fall and the Holidays for all of the spirit it brings to even those of us who are a little bit on the crazy side of life.
I have never been more excited and more thankful for what this winter will bring.
Hopefully, not just me, but you all my friends will take a little glimpse into all of the things you are thankful for.
I mean, it is November after all!
