Life can get so busy and crazy at times...I have created this layout for Arsty Addicts Blog which you can see more about this layout over at the We Are Artsy Addicts Blog. "A Perfect Day" 12x12 layout using Marion Smith's new paper line Romance Novel. I belong to the Swirlydoos Monthly Kit club-the kit for September "Inspiration" loaded with Prima papers, embellishments along with other wonderful products.

Swirly Hues Challenge

Swirlydoos April 2012 Swirly Hues Challenge, that I took part in over at the blog. I just signed up to be in the Monthly Kit Club and it is so worth it, the kits are amazing and jammed packed with yummies.
I decided to play along since I received my amazing kit, here is the Inspiration/sketch I used to create my scrapbook layout.

Here is what I created with all this amazing supplies:

 We had to use a tutorial from the Swirlydoos forum: I picked "Distressing", I used an edger to distress all the edges and riped into the sides to give a tattered feel, used inks, glimmer mist and stencils to add a aged look.
