i read this as i'm doing my paper, when a person undergoes a stressful experience, their immune system can be depressed and they become more susceptible to infection. probably this is the reason why i'm sick and unable to recover from my flu :(

why. why you do such things that disappoint and upset everyone? and these are the people who love you more than you know. yet you've hurt them. you made her cry almost everyday. you made her try so hard and now you blame her for all tht had failed. you've made the youmgest miss you and cried through the night. my dear there's no poimt crying over someone who doesnt love you, its not worth. yet im crying because afterall we were all once together. why made such a mistake? a mistake that's unforgivable. chance was given but you never cherish.
now i realise how weak i am telling her all that i've been through. those painful memories etched so deeply such that im still crying over it.
still wish you can grow up child. dont get uoset and move on with life. learn to cherish people around you. learn to be indepedent. its time for you to grow and mature. its cruel, i know but welcome to reality.

sometimes happiness is just so hard to be achieved. :(
*sigh. i dont want to see you cry anymore. can you please be happy?

you said you cared but apparently not so by spending more time on tv and phone. sigh.

anyway prelims is tomorrow and the irony is that im worried for not worrying. i dun sense the sense of urgency. i dunno if its a good thing that im not as panic as jcts yet i question is this sign of being confident or complacent? i forgot when was the last time i felt really confdent and prepared. perhaps i never was.

sigh i think my body is seriously protesting for lack of sleep! hang in there for one more long night would you?

i had one of the most horrible day ever. there were times i wished you care but you chose to leave me alone, or maybe you never knew, yet today i wish i can be left alone, but you don't allow me to. i'm trying to hard to keep everything to myself but it doesn't work that way anymore. i'm so afraid i'll blurt everything out when i explode. when i do that, i'm just so afraid that i can't handle it. there are just to many things that i don't wish to say because i know it hurt. but you never care about my feelings and i wonder why must i bother. everyone is worried about her but what about me? you said i never told you but have you ever spent the effort to find out? you said i've grown up and start to keep everything to myself but that's because i realise you are too occupied with some other things that i don't wish to mention. sigh. what's going on? why are you all quarreling again? i dont have the mood, the energy to find out.

first time leaving the house just to cool down. things seems to have gotten worse. i'm tired. everything is going wrong and i'm not strong enough to handle.

i don't know what to do right now. omg. this is beyond my limits. can someone please tell me what to do. depressed ttm. if this continues, i'm just.. gonna. i'm lost for words. i don't know what will happened.
