| I realise although i skip those oily food during lunch, my weight didn't seems to get any lesser. Maybe i didn't skip dinner, i still eat as usual. But still, i need to limit myself, and start running weekly. AT LEAST ONCE! i'm seriously writing this blog entry just to remind myself that i need to shed some kg. i need to visit the salon more often, and i need to eat subway more often minus those cookies. Also, i need to play mj, so that i won't have lotsa time eating, or sleeping early. Maybe that's a good exercise too. Whahhaha... excuses. |
