Mailing comfort

This beautiful comfort afghan is being mailed in the morning to a lady who lost her Mother. I am so grateful to be able to be part of Heartmade Blessings. The honor of participating in such a wonderful group and assembling and making squares for these gifts of love is indescribable.

In Honor of Army Spc. Tyler R. Seideman

This comfort afghan is being sent to the parents of Army Spc. Tyler R. Seideman. It seems such a small thing compared to the loss of their son, but it is all I know to do. I have had the honor of assembling this created with squares from many donors for the Operation Purple Heart program of Heartmade Blessings.

For My Friend

I have a very, very dear friend who recently lost her Dad. She has a difficult time of year ahead of her and she has always been my shoulder during April as well since that is my tough time because of the death of my Dad and his birthday both being then. When I heard about her Father, I knew that I needed to get her a comfort afghan. Thank you so much to the wonderful members of Heartmade Blessings for making the squares so I could assemble this for her. I hope she can feel all the love we are sending her.

For a Dear Friend

I have had the honor of assembling this comfort afghan for a dear friend. I am saddened that it is needing to be sent, but at least I can do this. I hope she can feel how much she is loved.

In Honor of Marine Lance Cpl. Daniel R. Bennett (23)

A comfortafghan is being sent to the parents of Marine Lance Cpl. Daniel R. Bennett in his honor. I can only imagine the pain of losing a child and I certainly hope it brings them some small measure of comfort.

This is being mailed to a Mother and Father that recently lost a daughter. I can not imagine the pain they must be feeling, but I really hope this brings even a small amount of comfort.

Comfort at the loss of a Father

This is being sent to a friend of a friend. I am very, very honored to have assembled this. It is being sent as comfort due to the loss of her Father. The timing was close to the time of year my own Father died and I can imagine her pain. I want her to know that others do care and want her to feel some comfort at this time and always.

This has been mailed to the parents of Marine Lt. Col. Kevin M. Shea (38). I am very grateful to all of those that send squares for these comfortghans. This mission is very, very important to me.

Comfortghan mailed

This is being sent to a very dear lady who needs some comfort. Her father recently passed away and she has had some medical things of her own to deal with. I have known her for years and although our association is through work, I have come to think of her as a friend as well.

Comfort Afghan ready to send

This is being sent to a couple who had a 3 year old son pass away very unexpectedly. I can only imagine the pain and hope this comfort afghan helps them during this time.

Mailing some love and comfort

This is for a very wonderful lady who has most certainly gone through some difficult times lately. One of them being the loss of her Mother. I hope she can feel the love we are sending to her.

Comfort for a family

This family recently had a young son pass away after an extensive medical battle. I can not imagine the pain they must be experiencing, but hope to provide a small measure of comfort with this afghan from Heartmade Blessings.

I am always amazed at the honor and privileged I feel to be able to assemble and send these comfortghans to those in need. This one is for the friend of a friend. I hope it brings comfort to both of them at the loss of a dear friend and sister.

This comfort afghan was requested via our website for a young lady who has suffered some very difficult times recently. I certainly hope she feels the love we are sending and knows we care.

In Honor of Princess Samuels

This OPH comfort afghan is being sent to the mother of Army Sgt. Princess C. Samuels (22). She was killed in the same attack that killed Army Spc. Zandra Walker who I posted about a few days ago.

In Honor of Michael Tayaotao

The first anniversary Marine Sgt. Michael E. Tayaotao's death is quickly approaching. The comfortghan here is being sent to his Father. I hope it helps him through this difficult time.

Mailing some love and comfort

I was able to mail out this comfort afghan to the Mother of a friend. Currently her Mom is dealing with some pretty scary and not so fun medical stuff. I do hope she finds some comfort knowing others are thinking of her!
