I'm still here!

No, really. Just had lots going on and not bloggin' as much as I'd like. Still trying to get some art shows lined up, but this town is tuff!

Anyway, here's some new cute little guys I'm playing around with, that are now listed on Etsy.

Don't Be Scared

Last week Illustration Friday did "Spooky" as their theme. As you know, I've been working a lot on the Sketchbook Project, so I'm a little behind the 8-ball for IF. But I'm getting my spooky out there for Halloween anyway.

Turtle Sundae

So these guys -
are currently advertising something called a Turtle Sundae in our area. They say it's soft serve ice cream, caramel, fudge, and salted pecans. Meh. I'm not much for pecans.


Anyway, when I saw the sign at an A&W near my house my instant reaction was this:

Remember a couple weeks ago I posted about Moo cards, and had a giveaway for a card design? And Leslie of the Crooked Stamper won? Well, we ended up doing not only a business card design, but she's using it for her blog header, too! I'm really happy with the way the design turned out, and I think she is, too. It's very cute, if I may say so myself, and I think it fits her shop/blog. Go check out her Etsy shop, too, her cards are super cute!

I altered it slightly to make it fit a business card and blog header, also in case she wants to use it as an Etsy banner.





This was so much fun! Leslie was super easy to work with. I'm thinking I might have to offer listings for custom banners in my Etsy shop!

Hey, there Cupcake!

When I initially designed my cupcakes I really had no idea what I was going to do with them. I just liked them. I mean, who doesn't like cupcakes? 

I sold one to a lady who wanted to use it for her Etsy banner. 

And I have sold a couple prints here and there. But I still had no real game plan for them. 

Then I found Zazzle. And baby clothes. And look how cute this is!

Almost makes me wanna have a baby. 

No. It doesn't.
