Aloha! Been so busy scrambling around with wedding preparations and the planning of honeymoon that every weekend has been so so packed!
We are finally 2 months more to the Big Day and our honeymoon almost immediately after! Thereafter, we will most likely get the keys to our house at the end Oct or early Nov. So exciting! So much things to do but we will take it every step of the way haha.
Let me finish up Japan travelogues!
Here's part 2 of Day 4!
A shot at their train platform!
Their trains are so clean and quiet. It is also culture norm for not talking on the phone in the train as well. So well mannered and the ride definitely feels more pleasing!
Here we are at Asakusa area!
We went Japan on the 1st week of May, which was their holiday period so almost every touristy places we went were this crowded! We were prepared for the crowd though.
Clear blue sky and lots of human at Asakusa Street leading up to the temple!
Lots of cute magnets we bought home a few hehe.
Bought a melon pan!
Senso-Ji Temple!
Parts of it were under renovation but it did not dampen our spirit!
Attacked the street food thereafter!
Iphone 7+ portrait mode is thumbs up!
Walked around more in search of a glimpse of Tokyo Skytree!
The place is HUGE we can barely finish exploring
Basketful of snacks to buy home!
Headed to Akihabara area for the evening. Akihabara is also known as the land of gundams and animations haha.
Chanced upon a 1* Michelin tonkatsu restaurant called Marugo and the meat was super yums!
Wiped clean within minutes
Tokyo by night
Took away pablo cheese tarts back to our hotel! They are opening an outlet at Wisma and I can already predict the snaking queues.
With apple bits!
Matcha flavoured!
Ended the night with a filled and happy belly hehe
