Day 7 of the trip was our 87th monthsary and I specially planned for us to go to N Seoul Tower that day!
But before all that, breakfast first! This is our favourite bakery located just outside the subway station. Their bread are freshly made all day everyday and it is always piping hot and fresh so we always find ourselves buying some of these whenever we walked past it.
Red bean bread! Very yummy cause its not too sweet and there are bits of red bean in it too :)
hahaha what a cutie
As the mother-daughter pair overslept, Dearie suggested to go to Cheonggyecheon stream while waiting for them to get ready, I felt really happy to be able to spend abit of time with him and having all his attention on me hehe.
So here's a morning selfie at the underpass!
Stuffed face cause I was eating my bread! Weather was always hovering between 0 to -10 and lower so we were always bundling up like bazhang!
Lots of xmas trees filling the streets cause it was 2 days before!
This tree is so pretty with the snowflakes!
And we finally reached Cheonggyecheon stream! They are supposedly so much prettier at night but since we couldnt be here at night, dropping by in the daytime doesnt seem to be a bad idea too.
Saw a really artsy cafe that does not look like anywhere else in seoul, so that makes for a perfect phototaking spot!
Soon after, we met up with them and we headed to Myeongdong Kyoja for our breakfast!
There were alot of people but service was fast so we got our seats pretty quickly.
We shared 2 bowls of these and it is enough to make us full cause the portion is really huge!
And how can we miss their handmade gyojas?! Pretty awesome I must say!
After breakfast, we slowly made our way to N Seoul Tower! It was a really slow and relaxing day :D
We had to walk a long way up the mountain before we saw the entrance to take the cable car to N Seoul Tower. And all of us were mostly panting by then. Thank god the weather was cooling hehe.
In the cable car and up up we went!~ Its snow capped!
We reached the other side and took photos at this spot the minute we alighted from the cable car platform. Look at the snow behind!
What an unflattering angle of me :/
Then we saw lots of trees shaped lk xmas trees with locks all over them! And the love chairs which is slanted to the centre so either party sitting at the edge of each side will have no choice but to go to the middle cos of the slant :)
So of course we took many many shots with it, in different chairs haha.
Love is truly in the air when you see so many lovey dovey couples sitting on those love chairs <3 p="">
Later on, we went to get our love locks and pen one each individually!
So many love locks!
And here is ours!
We found a spot where our locks can oversee the entire seoul/world and also figure out that might be the least likely spot for them to remove when they are making spaces for new locks hehe.
Locked em up!
And the tradition is not to keep the keys cause that would mean that either party can just unlock the lock of love, so we threw them away!
Here at this red bin, which stores millions of keys I guess.
Many many locks! Some with phone cases even!
And more photos on the love chairs haha
This one is beng untilll
One of their iconic structure! This is our 2nd time doing these couple-y stuff overseas! The 1st was at the Peak @ Hongkong! Gonna make our love travel the world with us yo hehe.
They also having fun haha.
We did not buy tickets to the viewing deck since its all blurry with the weather so we settle for some churros while resting our legs!

Churros with ice cream is NOMS.
Cinnamon flavoured!
Then we walked down to the nearest bus stop to bring us back to the city!
Lunch was at Sigol Bapsang at Itaewon area!
So very unique and traditional looking!
Steamed egg!
Our lunch, which includes many many banchans, aka side dishes.
And a tofu stew!! Total yums!
I forgot what we did in between after having lunch and before dinner but I guess we were walking around taking in the sights and heading to Myeongdong. LOL.
And before we knew it, we had our dinner at Myeongdong lol. It was at dingtaifung! After so many days of Korean food we decided we need some Chinese food to strike the balance haha.
And after dinner, more street snacks yo! Here I am holding a stick of honey fried chic and tteokbokki!
Looking so oily and tempting here haha.
Then we walked around and did some shopping before we headed to
Osulloc Tea house to rest our tired feet! They are super famous for their green tea where the tea leaves come from Jeju.
Such a cool way of making tea!
Matcha roll, matcha with red bean cake and matcha ice cream. Everything was yummy we wiped out in minutes hehe.
And it was a monthsary well spent! Our first time spending it during overseas holidays and I am embracing this different kind of celebration. I definitely would not mind doing it again :D
