Everyday is Valentine's Day When I'm With You ♥

Boo got hitten by the flu bug! Everybody is falling sick so drink up! Bought a immunity booster which consists of watermelon, orange and strawberry from boost during lunch today! But it just taste like orange to me. Felt boosted nonetheless!

Anyway here to blog about Vday! Hehe!

Slogging the night away on Vday eve! I bought so many materials that I don't know where to start from?

Googled for some ideas/layouts and eventually get started! Super love the flowers la!

And that's the end product which I'm pretty pleased myself! I'm so proud that I can do such nice scrapbooking stuff that I'm super motivated to do one book for our travel diaries! It's gonna be so fun!

Anyway I took a few hours off work on Vday, and we went to K Superstar located in Scape! Can you believe it if I say this is the 1st time we went singing alone? HAHA! Yea it is! The boy still scared that it's gonna be wierd and all but I prove him wrong. With me around confirm fun. HAHA. We paid for an hour at first but extended another. See, I'm fun! Hehe. Recorded alot of videos of us singing but too paiseh to put up here. LOL.

Then we headed to dinner at Brotzeit! Dearie chose this place which I was quite skeptical about at first? But it's just me. The food turns out super yummy! And the ambience is up there one!

Actually I want to order alot of food! But he was so afraid of me over-ordering. So I controlled and we only ordered these 2 dishes..He was right though. Both of us were so stuffed after the meal...

Pork Cheese Sausages (Served with homemade potato salad and sauerkraut).

Just googled sauerkraut and it says 'sour cabbage'. Now, sauerkraut definitely sounds nicer. HAHA. But it was yummy still!

Anyway we were contemplating between Garlic Pork and Pork Cheese, but the guy eventually ordered Pork Cheese cause he knows I love anything Cheese. So love! Hehe.

Oven Roasted Pork Knuckle! With same sides as above. This is the bomb! And it cost a freaking $38! I was so unsure of us finishing it but we did! SURVIVER! LOL.

Chinese New Year 2014

马年行大运 Everybody!

CNY has always been a quiet affair for my family cause we hardly do house-visiting, just waiting for relatives to come lol. Which is equally nice albeit sometimes boring. Heh.

Every year, I would help my grandma to pack red packets! Here's a shot! I especially love the hot pink red packets from OCBC bank! The colour doesn't really shows up well here but it's really hot hot pink! So I told my ah ma that I wanted that ang bao. And she just say take. Heh. ;)

Nobody to take ootd shot for me so this is my best. LOL. I'm looking to add more charms but why so ex hmm...  And wearing the white skirt which Dearie spent loads of trouble travelling down to Woodlands to exchange for me!!

 Ootd shot by the boy! This was taken at night so pardon the bad lighting. I tried my best to brighten the photo but I guess it makes it more pixelised too. Oh well~~ And wearing the romper which Dearie collected for me too! (Must wear during CNY else later he say his efforts all go to waste :p)

This year, we so enthu muthu go to Chinatown to shop for CNY decos to decorate our respective house! And that 福 was chosen by me! Damn cute with the 4 kiddos. Hehe. Of course must make use of the prop. Heh.

Went over to Dearie's place too. Plan was to go to 2 houses with him but I had bad stomach cramps at his place so... I decided to go back home instead. Poor him gotta detour-ed MEH. But he very sweetly filled his tumblr with hot water for me to drink in the car and to soothe some of the pain. Heh. I was feeling better while in the car so decided to camwhore. Lol stomach cramp still can take selfie and fool around with his shades. :D

I told him no ootd also must take photo to remember the day. The day where I missed all the ang baos due to cramps. Very the meh.

初四

Took leave on Monday since the boy also got no school! Agenda for the day was to watch 贺岁片 and go 河畔！Here's him with his bear paw burger. Haha. 六福喜事 was quite amusing. Hehe.

River Hongbao is getting more boring and crowded with each passing year. But it's still good to go and bask in the festive mood heh. Shall try to go in the day next year to avoid crowds!
