September 13, 2010:
Nixon is 18 months and full of energy! We have been doing a lot of remodeling in the house so we have had to spend a lot of time outside which he LOVES. He talks a lot, sometimes in his own language but I think it's adorable to listen to him have conversations with me even if I can't understand him. He loves his blanket and passie (which I really need to get rid of soon). He loves to wrestle with daddy and play at the park. He loves to run around an chase Betty Boop. He is a really good eater...the kid loves broccoli in fact. We normally keep is hair short and spikey but are letting him grow it out into a shaggy "surfer" boy hair style. We'll see how it looks:) I'm pretty sure he is adorable no matter what.
November 30, 2012:
Nixon will be 4 in just 2 months. He started preschool this year. He can write his name and loves practicing writing all of his friends names. He loves to draw. That is usually the first thing he asks me when he wakes up "can i color?" He has a stuffed dog name "Patcher" that he loves. He still love his blanket. He even has a favorite corner that he rubs as he goes to sleep. He loves his little brother and is a good little helper around the house. His best friend is Hazel. They play together just about everyday. He loves to wrestle with his dad, ride his bike, play just about any kind of game, and is an overall fun kid to be around. When he goes to preschool, all the other kids beg the teacher to sit by Nixon. After preschool gets out, all the kids beg their parents to go play at Nixon's. Cute kid!
