Welcome to a new edition of NF Blo-Ma. A meme all about Flowers and Macro shots. Not necessarily macro flowers. And from now on this meme will also include NF Winged as butterflies and dragonflies and other bugs for the most part is macro shots. as well. And often are on the same image as flowers.

So I start out the moving in of NF Winged by sharing a gorgeous dragonfly from Australia. I don´t know the species but would like to if anyone knows it.

When I looked at the image of this butterfly I really liked the BOKEH effect on the wings. And then realized that it was the reason for taking the shot. I had giving it a name but now I realized it was the wrong one. :( So hard to ID them right.

This one seemed to be rather lazy as it allowed me to take a few pics of it. Rarely happens with this kind of dragonfly. But it is the end of the season so maybe that is why.

This dragonfly never sits on a straw. At least not were you can find it. But it does make stops in it´s flight patern before a quick turn. Takes some practise before you learn how to catch it. Still most of the shots turn out bad. But it is still fun trying. Occasionally you get a rather good one.

I thought this one was very lovely as it has a purple color on it´s back. Naturally I don´t know it´s name but I´ll try to find it. It might be in a book they have in the Library.
