Happy Memorial Day

Happy Memorial Day!  I hope you are enjoying the long weekend (here in the US).  This is a great time to thank those who serve our country. 

Today, I thought I’d share a wreath I made using some Lawn Fawn “Lawn Cuts.”

 

I used the newest set of alphabet Lawn Cuts, Louie’s ABCs, and the Puffy Star Stackables. I bought a wooden wreath and painted it blue. Then I die cut stars out of glittery felt.  I used it because I liked the sparkle and it’s less flimsy. Then I just glued stars together and arranged them on the wreath and adhered. I made the Welcome banner, glued them with fabric glue and attached.

Lawn Fawn Scripty Thanks

Today is the final day of this month's Lawn Fawn Inspiration week.  Today, we are featuring the new die sentiment, "Scripty Thanks"

I think you will love it as much as the "Scripty Hello."

We were also supposed to include the newest paper to be added to the polka dots paper line, (Freshly Cut Line Dance), but I messed up.  Since I'm still prescheduling posts, this is what I have to post.  I know the rest of the design team hasn't messed up like I did, so please go over to the Lawn Fawn blog to see the rest of the projects from the design team.

Lawn Fawn Stitched Party Banners

Hi Friends

Lawn Fawn Inspiration week continues today with the Stitched Party Banners die cuts.  This die set is a must have.  I decided to create a card with the die cut set.  Here's what I cam up with:

I colored the balloons from Admit One and colored with my Copics.  This set is awesome and great for banners, decorations, and other fun options.

Lawnscaping challenge

It's time for a new Lawnscaping Challenge.  This challenge features distressing. There are so many creative options.

Watercoloring is such a big trend right now that I decided to give it a try.  I used Distress Inks and Markers and gave it a shot.  I think it went really well with the Lawn Fawn Penelope's blooms stamp set.

Lawn Fawn Life is Good

Hope you had a great weekend.  I'm traveling right now, so this is a pre-scheduled post.

I colored this with Prisma Colored Pencils and Gamsol.  I'm really enjoying exploring different coloring options.  This set is so cute, you will love it!

Lawn Fawn Love you S’more

Hi Friends

Happy Friday.  I’ve been on a blogging break. There’s been so much going on in life.  We sold our old house, praise God!  It’s nice to be down to one home, and hopefully things will settle down.

Lawn Fawn Inspiration week starts with a fabulous new set called Love You S’more, and it’s so much fun. You are absolutely going to adore it.  Here’s some projects I’ve made using this set.
