Pumpkin Pickin' Vlog

It's been a while since we made a vlog or any type of video.  Nephi and Mallory visited us and inspired us to get back into and start making some more videos.  We are kind of rusty. :)

Newborn Photos…

grayson2

This amazingly talented girl Mika designed this for us—go check out her etsy page Pack Pack

Also a huge thanks to Natalie Williams Photography for capturing Grayson’s newborn stage. We really couldn’t be more in love. We are kind of obsessed with this little man.

Labor Day…

This weekend my sister Krystal and her family and Neal's sister Kira and her family that both live in the same apartments in Portland because their husbands are both Chiropractic students came to visit us and meet Grayson.

First things first. Holding the baby!

4 different ribs, 4 different flavors, 4 different grilling methods. The best way to taste test ribs!

Tried ourselves some Fatburger....

....on our way to the splash pad!

Saturday we went to Pig Out in the Park in Spokane! It was a lot of fun! So many food trucks and vendors it was like heaven.  What I really loved was the pumpkin donuts! Yumm!

After we'd all gotten our food we went and hung out by the river!

Sunday the men each dressed up their own ribs to grill for a tasting contest. The women tried out some garlic fries! They tasted sooo good! As for who won the ribs contest, it's still a bit difficult to determine. However, Jordan's meat was the best, but the flavor of Neal's was my choice! I can't remember who agreed with me, but I think someone did.

We had a great time! So many memories made. The kids (mostly Brooklyn) were obsessed with my closet. It's like Brooklyn's dream basically. More shoes than she could ever ask for. I caught them all in there..

The kids had a slumber party...

....but there was no slumber until Brooklyn was able to get some of my shoes back on-

Us girls did our nails one night, we took the kids to the park, celebrated Krystal's little guys 4th birthday and enjoyed the luxury of playing in a backyard!

Neal’s family had a German exchange student when he was 10 yrs old and they still keep in touch with her. Her and her family came to visit and I got to meet them for the first time. They were absolutely delightful! Silke, Marc and Ben (Jasper photobombed)

I also got to meet up with my brother and sister in law Nephi and Mallory at Orange Leaf (frozen yogurt place) and we talked for hours. Love the family I married into!

I got super spoiled for my birthday this year! My family threw a little party for me while I was home, my friends threw me a girl’s night with games, cupcakes, and yummy food, and Neal topped it off with a great day and Birthday Itinerary.
