Gardening Spells by douglasveiga


This mod adds five new Gardening Spells for Witches. With these spells, you will be able to tend the garden without spending too much time doing manual labor.

 Gardening Spells:
Water
Weed
Harvest (except ForbiddenFruit plant)
Fertilize
Revive (except barren, Death Flower or ForbiddenFruit plant)

Trade Kitchen Secrets Enabled for all Sims by spladoum


This is a simple tuning mod that disables the "natural cook" requirement, so that any sim in town will potentially be able to share a recipe with you. The requirements to "trade kitchen secrets" remain the same as before:

NectarMaker Service v1.0 by douglasveiga


This mod will add the new NectarMaker Service into your game, this way you can hire a random french service sim to produce many bottles of Nectar a day without wasting your time, handling the NectarMaker Machine. You can use the produced nectar bottles for your own consume or even sell them to keep your small nectar business running.

The service sim will perform all the tasks automatically, so you only need to pay attention to keep the fruit supply always high.

Chewing Gum by Arsil


Developed and tested with game version 1.67.

This mod adds chewing gums in the game.

You can buy them at a grocery store rabbit hole (or in the buy catalog under appliances/misc)
and eat/chew them to get a nerfed minty breath buff (the one you get for brushing teeth in a sink).
It features a (lame) new mesh for the gum and a (even lamer) custom chewing animation for children and adults.

Gums are very small so pay attention where you place them.
If they are in a inventory they appear like a pack.
You can drag and drop them from a sim to another sim.
Sims will eat/chew gums autonomously (but keep in mind that they see them as food).
Simbots can't eat gums.

XML Tuning Mod: This mod adds more for sale at the consignment register. The default is 25 so I added a couple flavors of the mod setting the amount for sale to either 40 or 50 (ONLY USE ONE OR THE OTHER!). This mod changes NOTHING ELSE about the register, sales, etc... so for those who are game cheat concerned... this is in no way a cheat as you have the same risks of getting ripped off as normal. This mod is made to compliment my other 'More for Sale' mods.

 This mod uses: ConsignmentRegister_0xe61416151054659f and will conflict with any mod that uses the same resource. This mod should not conflict with any other mods.

Jogging Track Marker by icarus_allsorts


This is a custom scripted marker object used for creating jogging tracks for your sims.Just place the markers at points along where you'd like your sims to jog on, and send them jogging along the designated track with a custom Go Jogging interaction by clicking on the ground or floor.

Stand Up Comedy by Arsil


This mod is a script that allow the use of an object (supposedly a microphone) to perform
and watch a stand up comedy show. The comedian will tell a series of jokes and the
audience may like them or not. The performance's evaluation is based mostly on the
charisma of the comedian. If sims like the show they will give tips so this can
become a kind of profession or at least a lucrative hobby.
