St3Mac!

It's been a long, long week. Sooo many things had happened since I last updated!

I think la. Haha!

Robotics competition is now over. St3Mac managed to win third. =D St3Mat won fourth. Results were surprising because.... on the last minute, after we were no longer allowed to touch our robots, we realised we got our gardens mixed up. =.=''

Amanda: At first we practised wrong, you know! We thought grass is in the middle.
Me: Correct leh.
Amanda: Nooo! TREE is in the middle ar!
Me: Oh... DIE! *runs to check*

Kantoi-ness. Lol. But luckily our robot was so kuai, it didn't miss track (on the first round la). On the second round though, our robot's program went a bit haywire so we missed track a few times. Next time, if there is ever another chance, I want to build the die not big, die not long wan robot liaw. ;)

Our robot was so kopi-o, having been built in one miserable morning. It stood looking so innocent among the pool of vicious, professional looking robots. It looked even dumber still after we'd attached the two sticks (Andrea calls it the "auto-pilot". Haha!) which stuck out of nowhere. But those sticks were life-savers, much thanks to the St. Jo's team. =D

While waiting for competition to start...
Me: *playing Fowl Words*
Maxine: Eh, lipyi! You see! You only play this low power game, other people play the high power one ar! *points*
Me: *sees some guy playing some racing game* Peng~!

I think we are a bit nerd then. Haha! While people were playing racing games and O2Jam, I was playing a game that requires me to build up words. =.='' And Amanda was playing Minesweeper, of all things!

And so, while the competition day itself is fun, I miss the practices more. For every competition it seems, I'm always nostalgia for the practices once it's over. The first time our robot succeeded in completing all its routes perfectly, Maxine, Andrea and I were so high, we sang our theme song - That's Just The Way We Roll - while strumming on the "stick of wisdom". Then there were the jokes about Oxford people and Malaysian people.... And of course, there were the times where we fought so hard for the "stick of wisdom" (the plastic stick used to roll up the mat) =.='''.

And now, all that's over. =( So life resumed back to normal. I attended my very first Bio lesson in months yesterday. I feel so left out after missing one whole chapter.... =.='''

During Chemistry...
Kim: Hey, let's camwhore on the plane to Sibu!
Francoise: We have 8 hours to camwhore on the bus, ok!
Kim: .... Plane got airport!
Francoise: Bus got...
Us: BUS STATION!! Hahahahhaha!
