Shipping / Postage Type / Delivery
FOR SINGAPORE CUSTOMERS:MyShoppingHaven will send the parcel through the local postal service provider, SingPost. Postage charges are to be borne by you (the customer). Delivery timeframe is estimated to be between 1 to 3 working days (depending on the type of postage selected). All postal services are provided by SingaPost and the delivery schedule is under SingPost commitment. MyShoppingHaven will arrange shipping of your parcel on the Next Working/Business Day after receipt of your payment details. Please note that the difference between Normal and Registered Mail is the issue of Tracking Number, not the way how SingPost will handle your item(s). You may also opt for Speedpost Islandwide Services, if you need the item(s) urgently or your parcel has exceed 2kg.

Registered Mail starts from S$2.74 onwards -- Goods will be delivered to your doorstep ---Tracking of Registered Mail is possible via SingPost Registered Article (RA) Information Status here with a RA number -- Preferred method as to prevent loss of items in midst of delivery FREE Registered Mail if you purchase 4 or more items (Note: Not applicable to items on special offers/promotions/pre-order activities)

Possible Meet-Up is only for item(s) that is(are) bulky, heavy, fragile, or which cannot be shipped via Local Postal Service. Meet-up is arranged at the convenience of MyShoppingHaven. Please note that a labour fee may be levied for certain meet-up. You will be informed then.

FOR OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS:
MyShoppingHaven send the parcel through our local postal service provider, SingPost. Overseas postage/shipping charges and any additional cost on necessary packaging or boxes are to be borne by you (the customer).
Overseas customers may choose either Normal/Registered Airmail or Speedpost Worldwide Courier (EMS) / Air Parcel. If delivery time is not an issue to you, you may choose Surface Mail or Speedpost Surface instead.
On the other hand, if you wish to ship your parcel via logistic companies (e.g. DHL, FedEx), you may send us your request. Or you may choose Speedpost Express.

Custom Duties & Taxes (International Shipping) ***PLEASE READ***
If you order item(s) for delivery outside Singapore, they may be subject to custom/import duties and taxes. These are levied once the package reaches the specified destination (i.e your country). You will be responsible for any such import duties and taxes. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.
MyShoppingHaven will not be liable for any confisaction of parcel or for any delay in customs clearance by your local customs or government office.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further import regulations and information such as Dutible, Controlled or Prohibited goods.
