Baby Boy easel!

Good evening all,

I hope you are all doing well.  My auntie asked me to make her a card for a new baby boy.  She mentioned wanting a baby on it so it gave me a chance to use this beautiful Digi Doodle Shop image that i had not got round to using. It is called 'Sleeping Child' and it can be found here.

I got to work on it with my Copics and decided to turn it into an easel card.  I am limited to what i can do at the moment because most of my crafting 'stuff' is back home (i am still on holiday).  Anyway, i have actually made two cards, i will show you the other card later.  They are both very different from each other so my auntie can choose which one she likes (if any!).

I have left the bottom part of the card very plain so i can add a name to it (when she finds out what it is!)

Sideways view:

Close up:

Thank you for visiting me today. If you have time to leave me a comment it will let me know you have been to see me and i will visit you too.

To qualify for a chance to win the sponsor prize all you have to do is enter a card or project using the theme of Christmas. I coloured the image with Copics and added some bling to the jingle bells.  The edges of the papers were distressed with Tim Holtz distress ink (Walnut stain) and i used a Close to my Heart Edge distressing tool on the matted image.  Designer paper on the card base is called 'mistletoe' and is by Making Memories and the paper used for matting and to the left behind the image is from the DCWV Collage Musings stack pack. The sentiment was on the reverse of the mistletoe paper.

Thank you for visiting.  I hope you will visit the other DT projects on the 2 Sisters blog and hope you will join in the challenge this week too.
