Good morning all,
I hope you are all well and having a good weekend.
I am here to tell you about this week's fab challenge over at the 2 Sisters challenge blog.
The theme this week is: Use your favourite stamp (digi or rubber). How cool is that?
I am sure you will all want to pop over to the 2 Sisters challenge blog and take a peek at the inspiration the DT has created for you. It would also be fab if you could join us in this week's challenge. Go on, what are you waiting for? lol I am looking forward to seeing all your gorgeous stamps.
Whilst there are no sponsors this week, there will still be two winners! The prize? Each winner will be asked to be a Guest Designer for the months of November and December. Yay!
So, onto my project. I decided to use my 'Dancing Party Tilda' image and as i am currently using an old piece of card to keep my page in my book, i thought now was the time to make myself a bookmark. What do u think? You place the ribbon inside the book to keep the page and the embellished part hangs outside. Obviously, i here you all say!
The white Spellbinders heart die cut has been coloured with spun sugar distress ink so it is actually pink but it looks white in this photo. I made it a bit darker too once i uploaded this photo. It blends in a bit better now! The butterfly was made using a Tonic punch and was given texture and sparkle using Ranger embossing tinsel (bridal). The paper is from Back to Basics III and the cardstock by Bazzill. The flowers are from Hobbycraft which i tinted using my distress inks. The image is coloured with copics. Ribbon and buttons from my stash!

ReplyDeleteJill, please take your head out of the bucket of sand, it's not going to do your fever any good, it won't be tasting as nice as a pile of jellybeans and, your comments made me chuckle this morning! Please come out of the bucket and stop by again! :)
