So lets get started first of all make sure your phone battery is fully charged though its not necessary but for safety measures it is,

Step 1 :

Install Pc Companion
-After downloading Pc Companion double click on it to install it and select your language but select Norway as your location it is necessary because this build is not available in all country and click on next,

-then click on next and after reading the license agreement,

 

 -after you click next wait for it to install the setup,

-then after it finish installing the setup you will be proceeded to this page it depends on you weather you skip or start if you want the Pc Companion to manage your contacts,media and more,

 

Step 2 :

open Pc Companion and it will look something like this and connect your xperia phone with usb attached with computer,

-My Phone Is Already Updates So For Tutorial I Clicked On Repair Phone To Show You How It Looks Like In Your Case It Where It Says 'Your Phone Is Up To Date' It Will Say 'Update Phone' Or A 'Phone Software Update Is Available' Just Click On It.

-In Your Case You Will See Something Simmilar-

Step 3 :

after clicking on update phone you will be redirected to this box where it will inform you about estimated time etc just click next,

Step 4 :

then after you click next it will take you to a page where it will inform you about backing up your personal and data like contacts,photos,messages and everything else which is in phone memory will be deleted so if you want to preserve it make a backup of it and then click on continue,

-When You Will Click Continue It Will Again Ask You For Back Up If You Want To Just Tick The Box In Front Of Where It Says 'I Understand.....' Tick It And Click Next,

Step 5 :

then the Pc Companion will start that downloading the software update and don't unplug your phone but if you did while it was just downloading the software nothing will happen to your phone but after downloading and when it will say copying to phone or updating to phone if you unplug at that time something can happen to your phone weather you brick it or anything else I will not be responsible.
