Disney Trip

We stayed at Disney's Boardwalk Inn, and look what was waiting for us! Minnie towel :)

flan I had at the Disney Bakery

We took the ferry to Epcot and Hollywood Studios from our hotel.

My favorite place in Epcot! Coca-Cola provides visitors with soft drinks from all over the world. For example, China had watermelon flavored drink and Italy had lemon/lime drink.

broken fire hydrant at Hollywood Studios

Cinderella's Castle at night

the backside of the butter beer station (I thought it was clutch to take this picture!)

Chip being shy with autgraph book on her head.

Mr. P wants to go back!!

Behind the Seeds Tour

@ Epcot!

Epcot has a whole greenhouse that produces veggies and fish for the Disney restaurants. If you have visited, you may have taken the boat ride (that's what we did last time) but this time we paid $16 to go behind the seeds! Totally worth it!

This is how they shape their mickey mouse veggies. Put it in that little plastic case and let it grow ears.

Our guide explaining to us that the tomato plant/tree (behind) produced a load of tomatoes.

cotton- I don't know what they would use this for. Maybe pillows and blankets for the resort? I think she said something about using it for cooking....

They also have fish and alligators.

Bananas!
Tea garden
Hidden Mickey...I love this place! I wish I worked here~

Stuck in Splash Mountain

When you stay at a Disney Resort, you get something called the Extra Magic Hours. They open a hour early in the morning or in the night so that resort guests can enjoy the park without the hustle bustle. So we had our time at Magic Kingdom from 12pm-2am, and ran to Splash Mountain. The line was pretty short as the parade just ended and people started leaving the park, so we called ourselves lucky troopers. By the time we were on the long on our way to the bear's nest, we realized that something was wrong.

We could see 4 logs in front of us, and 2 behind. We were stuck in the middle of the ride for more than 20 minutes, and they kept telling us to sit tight in the log. But people started to complain that they had to go to the bathroom so the crew came up to lead us down the mountain.

I can tell you that people were excited at first, and then got really really pissed.

What an experience!

This is behind the scenes : ) You can see the log in the middle.

Where dreams come true!

magic kingdom! walt and mickey greets you near the entrance, and if you're one of the first people to enter, you can go to cinderella's castle and free tinkerbell from her box! HOWEVER, tinkie was on vacation when we went so we missed out on the pixie dust trail. so sad.

but we did find the giant who tragically died after his big fall from the beanstalk. fee fi fo fum!

and we also found cinderella's horse, which had a golden ribbon on its tail. however, the man who was riding in it didn't even know he was on cindy's horse!! we were wondering if we should tell him but we assumed that only people like us who buy the "Hidden Magic of Disney" care.

welcum to tom sawyer's island!
