Bah
In school now. Ken's handphone alarm rang at 5.55 a.m.. I decided to ignore it and wait for MY alarm to ring at 6 a.m. And then, a few seconds later, Everett's Pikachu alarm started ringing. And Everett's Pikachu alarm is VERY VERY LOUD. So I thought "Fine, fate, you win." and got up.
My brothers got up shortly after and I ate my breakfast while trying not to puke at the sight of Ken's half-boiled eggs (don't half-boiled eggs look raw and disgusting??). And then he got up to get some SWEET SAUCE to put on his eggs. I think he wanted soy sauce. But oh well. I decided not to alert him to the fact that it was sweet sauce he was pouring on his half-raw eggs (which gives me an idea for a new test for optimism/pessimism as an alternative to "Is the glass half filled or half empty?"-"Are the eggs half-raw or half-boiled?") So it was black half-boiled eggs after that and I finished my bread in a great big hurry, waxed my hair and left for school.
There was a gigantamongous traffic jam on the roads, it being the first day of school for all the other college, primary and secondary institutes. I got up the bus at 6.37 a.m. and reached school at 7.40 a.m.. By 7.50 a.m. only me, Jawei and Jasmine were at the taxi stand. We walked into the school together, joined by a sniffling Rudolph-lookalike Jia Ying soon after.
Shortly after reaching the Digital Media Studio (where we were having our first lesson of the day), Sarah (class rep and girlfriend extraordinare) arrived and informed us that the first class of the day was cancelled as Mr. Low (the lecturer) was sick. Oh yay. Enduring the sight of my brother eating black half-raw eggs, a mega traffic jam resulting in a bus moving at 1 cm/hour, being awaken by Pikachu all for nothing.
So here I am, with free time up till 12 p.m.. Isn't life just great? But at least I have my classmates to suffer with me.
Sorry for this really boring entry. I feel energetic but I think I am very tired and bored inside.
P.S I have added a player thingamajig for the music on my blog. You can now click stop on the player if you really really want to miss out on a nice song. It still starts playing automatically, though. I dunno why. So you still can't access it from school.
