Lets play a game.

Lets play a game. I'm going to show you some pictures. I'm curious after how many pictures you view, you'll see how they are all connected.

Okay? Lets begin.

(what an unsuspecting little boy!)

Yep. You guessed it. Tomorrow begins... Potty Training! (I'm using the 3-day method). Any extra prayers, happy thoughts, you name it.... send them our way!

Need some explaination for some of the pictures?
-We're going to color the potty water with food coloring before we flush the goods down (my mom did this, said we all loved it)
-Andrew LOVES Skittles and will do pretty much anything for them.
-He also LOVES those little pop-its you throw at the 4th of July. I'm pulling out all the stops when we have successes during this process!!

p.s. Little boy undies are too cute. Mickey Mouse, Buzz, and Woody.... can't beat that.

  1. I have a cousin who did the three day method with her first little boy, worked like a charm, tried it with her second...not as well, but I'd say still pretty good from other stories I've heard...I am SO NOT looking forward to this stage so my thoughts will totally be with you and hoping for the best! :) Good luck!!!

  2. I totally never got it, I was trying to look at the colors of the pictures, then the soap threw me off! Haha... Good luck! I hated potty training, but once she got it, it was definitely worth it! Go Andrew!!!! Oh, what finally worked with Cheyenne was a potty chart. She got a sticker on it and if she got a sticker for going on the potty every day (I think it was two weeks long) then she got a backpack, which she had already wanted for a few months before we started. I didn't think she would grasp the concept since it was spread out over such a long period of time, but once I had that chart, she was totally into it! You could try that if the 3 day thing doesn't work out:) Good Luck!

  3. GOOD LUCK! Just don't get discouraged if it takes hime a while. We had many many times where we thought Ben was potty trained and many many times where he decided to go back to the pull up. Then one day recently he decided himself that he was going to pee pee standing up like a big boy (we started with him sitting down;)) By the way, Ben loves it when I make voices for Buzz on his underwear saying,"Don't pee pee on me." He loves it! Good luck with this joureny.Stickers are great too if he likes that sort of thing (i.e. putting them on a chart when he goes).
