Tara Look Alike Meter

Either this web site is wrong or everyone else is wrong. We always wondered who Connor looked more like. But everyone says Tara looks like me. But I have seen a lot of her dad in her lately. But wow! 31%!

Connor Look Alike Meter

Yucky Chocolate

Apparently, while I was at Pack Meeting for Cub Scouts last night, Mike had an eventful evening. He said the kids were up playing in Connor's room and Tara started to cry. He ran upstairs thinking Connor was sitting on her again and found Tara at the top of the landing covered in chocolate. He said it was smeared on her mouth, on her clothes, legs and arms. Apparently she wasn't enjoying the chocolate. Mike was wondering where she found chocolate. Upon closer inspection of his surroundings, he found a diaper that had been in the diaper pail that was laying on the floor unwrapped and had poo smeared all over! YUCK!!! That isn't chocolate! No wonder she didn't like it. Mike then threw both children in the bath after taking poopy diapers off of both of them. He said he is done with poopy diapers for a while. Man am I glad I was gone. There is no way my weak stomach could have handled that!

This Week!

This week has been very busy for us!
  • On Tuesday, I made 40 caramel apples for Enrichment.
  • Then Wednesday Mike and I went to see Phantom of the Opera. It was AMAZING!!! The stage in the Venetian hotel was designed especially for it. This made for some awesome special effects. Mike wasn't so sure he liked the whole story line. (It was a bit too much romance for him I think.)
  • Thursday was our first Enrichment night in a few months. So it had to be perfect. We had 40 people there. Good thing we made a few extra apples then what we were estimating for. It was a fun night. We did a back to school night. We served a school lunch and had 4 classes that everyone went to:
    • Seminary
    • History (journal writing)
    • Health (mental and physical wellbeing)
    • Arts and Crafts (everyone made journals)
  • Friday I made my two Trick or treaters and we booked our tickets for Switzerland and Ireland! YEPEE!!! I am going to Europe baby!
  • Saturday we saw two of our friends get sealed to their little girls and went to Amy and Wayne's for dinner and a game of Settlers which Mike won. AND...BYU finally won! I also added one more trick or treater to my group. I made a ghost.

Aren't they so cute!?!?

Go Cougars!

Hopefully the Cougars will do much better this week. Mike was heard saying "the Cougars don't deserve my support right now!" These photos are from last weeks game that really didn't go so well. But my kids sure looked cute! :)
