Fifteen Minutes

Hope every one had a great Thanksgiving week. We sure did and this was our first one with no turkey. That is right, we skipped the big bird and opted for two organic chickens. The reason is for this is because of this article. So now my family only eats organic chicken. Plus, this year we didn't do can pumpkin. I processed eight organic pie pumpkins last month and froze it. The pie and cheesecake came out great and I think it has a better taste than the can.
Anyways, before Thanksgiving we had a birthday party for my dad on Sunday. I ended up creating a great guy card in just 15 minutes for him.

Supplies: cardstock (The Paper Studio), pattern paper (Studio Calico), color mediums (Tattered Angels), stamp (Deep Red Rubber and Peachy Keen Stamps), ink (Stampabilities), journaling card (Project Life), chipboard (Um Wow Studio and My Mind's Eye) and enamel dot (My Mind's Eye)

I am linking this up to Crafty Steals monthly challenge.
Thanks for stopping by.

Two of Many

I am surfacing for a little while. I want to share these two pages I created this weekend.
I saw a challenge on Crafty Steals blog that was to use these three items on a project. washi tape, any shade of the color blue (can be in a pattern) and a punch or die-cut shape.
This page is a multi-challenge page. It is for Crafty Steals and Scrapbook Generation.

I used one of the Scrapbook Generations single page sketches.

Love Card

Since the biggest love holiday of the year is approaching I have been making love cards.
Here is one I just made. I used the sketch from Crafty Steals blog.
For the half of the pennants in the banner I used epoxy stickers and the other half were sheet music stickers from Lily Bee Designs. Twine is the Valentine's Bakers Twine {Strawberry Cupcake} by Timeless Twine.

Later today I will show off my redo the craft room.
