Mosaic Dessert Bars

Ingredients:
  • 5-1/2 cups boiling water, divided
  • 1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Gelatin
  • 1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Lime Flavor Gelatin
  • 1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Orange Flavor Gelatin
  • 1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Gelatin
  • 2 envelopes of KNOX Unflavored Gelatine
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
  • Reduced Sugar Version:
  • Save 150 calories and 32g carb, including 32g of sugar, per serving by preparing with JELL-O Sugar Free Gelatins and substituting 2 (6-oz.) containers vanilla light nonfat yogurt mixed with 2 tsp. granulated sugar substitute for the condensed milk.

Directions:
  • 1. Add 1 cup boiling water to each flavor fruit gelatin mix in separate bowls; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Pour each flavor of gelatin into separate small shallow food storage container sprayed with cooking spray. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
  • 2. Sprinkle unflavored gelatine over cold water; let stand 1 min. Stir in remaining boiling water. Add condensed milk; mix well. Cool slightly.
  • 3. Cut flavored gelatin into cubes. Randomly place cubes in 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray. Pour milk mixture over cubes; stir to evenly distribute gelatin cubes. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm before cutting into bars.

  • Prepare recipe in 9x5-inch loaf pan. Unmold, then slice to serve.

JELL-O Frozen Freedom Pops

Ingredients:
  • 1-1/3 cups boiling water, divided
  • 1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Gelatin
  • 1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Berry Blue Flavor Gelatin
  • 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
  • 2 cups cold milk

Directions:
  • 1. Add 2/3 cup boiling water to each flavor gelatin mix in separate small bowls; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Pour each flavor gelatin into separate 8x4-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
  • 2. Unmold gelatins; cut into 1/2-inch cubes. Beat pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min. Add gelatin cubes; stir gently.
  • 3. Spoon into 8 (5-oz.) paper cups. Insert wooden popstick into center of each. Freeze 4 hours or until firm. Peel off cups before serving.

  • Substitute:
  • Substitute 2 cups softened vanilla ice cream for the prepared pudding.
  • Note:
  • Place any leftovers in airtight container; freeze up to 1 month.
  • Substitute:
  • Substitute JELL-O White Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding for the Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding.

Sulley Frozen Pops

Ingredients:
  • 1-1/3 cups boiling water, divided
  • 1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Grape Flavor Gelatin
  • 1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Berry Blue Flavor Gelatin
  • ice cubes
  • 1/3 cup cold water
  • 2 cups (6 oz. each) vanilla low-fat yogurt

Directions:
  • 1. Add 2/3 cup boiling water to grape flavor gelatin mix; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Pour into 8x4-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
  • 2. Add remaining 2/3 cup boiling water to berry blue flavor gelatin mix in medium bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add enough ice to cold water to measure 1 cup. Stir into blue gelatin until ice is dissolved and gelatin is slightly thickened; whisk in yogurt. Refrigerate 10 min.
  • 3. Unmold grape gelatin; cut into 1/2-inch cubes. Add to blue gelatin; stir gently until blended.
  • 4. Spoon into 8 (5-oz.) paper cups. Insert wooden pop stick into center of each. Freeze 4 hours or until firm. Peel off cups before serving.
  • Kraft Kitchen Tips:
  • Substitute:
  • Substitute 2 cups softened vanilla ice cream for the yogurt.
  • Note:
  • For longer storage, place pops in airtight container. Freeze up to 1 month.

Spring Jello Jigglers

Spring JELL-O JIGGLERS

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 pkg. (6 oz.) JELL-O Gelatin, any flavor
  • 1 can (5 oz.) evaporated milk


Directions:
  • 1. Spray inside of Easter JELL-O JIGGLERS Mold with cooking spray. Place, fill side up, on tray.
  • 2. Add boiling water to gelatin mix; stir 3 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in milk; pour into prepared mold. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
  • 3. Dip bottom of mold in warm water 15 sec.; invert onto plate. Shake mold gently to remove JIGGLERS.

  • KEEP KIDS SAFE!:
  • For children under 6 years of age, cut JIGGLERS into small bite-size pieces. Children should always be seated and supervised while eating. For more information, visit www.KraftKidsSafe.com.

  • Substitute your favorite fruit juice for the boiling water. Bring just to boil before stirring into gelatin mix.

Christmas Cookies For Kids

Ingredients:

1   pkg of Nutter Butter Cookies
1   pkg of M&M's
1   pkg. of Pretzels
1   can of white frosting


Directions:

What an easy and fun recipe to put together with your kids! Just some Nutter Butter cookies, frosting, pretzel twists, M and M's and you're set!
