hehs. back. my shoulder and face a little sun burn. wonder why is it always this way. especially shoulder blade there. always kena the most sia. yesterday went changi beach. reached there saw a man toking to emily. so we were like surprised. never even seen him before. the man known as Dr Toh. new comittee member in SLGC. he say tat we are not members of SLGC den cannot use the equipment there. but its true lahs. cos we from SLSS. den say if equipment spoil who take responsibility. den say if somebody drown out there who take responsibility. he kept repeating "what if ur parents". duno how many times sia. so irritating. den all fired up liao. aiya. but thn also cannot do anithing. so hack lors. den jeriann best sia. the man told her u cannot use the equipment den she "hot" sia. she go bang the door den go do 5 pull ups. haha. ironwoman. *clap clap* den we continued with training lors. ran along the beach. den stretch. after tat do beach flag. den the sand keep going into the eyes and mouth. den do running up the shore. tired. den swim. tow. finning. finally trng end. shiok. den go makan nasi lemak. not bad ahs. quite nice.

went back to school today. cos got band prac. den go see lors. actually nothing much. jsu looking around. then they did drill. it was not good. of cos lahs. cos never practise. haha. den went eat Bk at northpoint. after tat went home lers.

next monday school holiday end lers. so fast. hab to study again. sian. ok. gotta go. take care.

hiyee. back. sort of busy this week. wed to sat trng. studies duno whether can make it not. trying to study. but no mood. hais.

went to wdl library go study wif mie swimming frens. den after tat go for trng. den justin said something very funny. " if surgeons operate on patients den will get certain amount of money. but if the patient dies, the surgeon will only get half price". hmm.. den read this in a book. "prime numbers seem to have a life of their own. no logic can explain them." but i still don't understand wad it means. haha.

after trng consistently, the "shui gan", water feel, coming back lers. wooo. so happy. haha. tat is using lesser strength yet able to be on par with someone who is using more strength den you. seems very simple. but yet difficult to achieve. den yesterday threw rope. den hab to keep coiling and throw. repeating the process. now my hands kena rope burn. painful.

my blog is like a diary for myself. don't even noe got ppl come see nots. haha. haha. nvm lahs. hack care. will just continue blogging.

hey. i'm back. hmm.. went back to school for lessons these few days. got chem, geo and social studies. chemistry do lab work. quite ok lars. jus albeit troublesome. den geo, as usual slacking way thru. social studies was alrite. today went for SS just need to write out the format only. if wrong 1 sentence den must redo whole thing.. but luckily mi didn't kena.

den as usual. played basketball for a while then went to have lunch. same old routine. and yesterday went to catch a movie, "mr and mrs smith" quite nice arhs.. about 2 professional killers who are husband and wife. and they nearly killed each other. den ending is they team up against other people. nice.

went for swim training on wed, thurs and today. quite tiring thou. but have to catch up. tmr going for trg again. haha. mi ask mie fren trg at SSA de. they everyday train de.. soo chiong sia. scary. this sunday swimming inter- constituency meet. mi wan go see.. always got those very fast de sia. haha.

jus finished watching the chinese drama last episode. nine o'clock de. feel tat the ending always quite de same. haha. always about family type de. den quite standard.

life is the same everyday. thats why people say life is boring. its like a routine.. being repeated everyday. i wonder how people can say that life is wonderful. there must be something special ehs. haha. so basically life is quite boring actually. maybe i'm being too pessimistic??

got myself a tuition teacher. three peeps in tat class. quite small lahs. not bad. den the cher is ex- aiss student. wad a coincidence. singapore is sure small. haha. but tuition like quite... haha. duno lahs. hope tat it will prove effective. lols.

went for swim trg for the past week. quite fun actually. 5 days in a week. including beach. den after trg always go the duno wad shop eat.. eat till sian. hmm.. den coach de daughter celebrating her 2 yrs old birthday on 22 june. haha. ariel kwa. nice hors the name. very special. cannot determine the gender of the person by this type of name. haha. if got special names lik apple or mango this type.. lik very special ehs. haha.

NUS invitational meet and the national livesaving championship dates out lers. but i forget liao. haha. don't know whether at changi or sentosa. if at sentosa better arhs.. the sand nicer. and environment also nicer. but then tat time mi take the duno wad line go harbour front the ear very pain and felt giddy. tink cos very deep underground. cannot tahan sia. aww.

tmr have to go school. got geog lessons. but quite bo liao actually. but still going lahs. haha. den chemistry lessons cancelled lers. cos mdm jo daughter admitted to hospital. den hab to take care of her lahs. so cancel lors. but bet after tat surely gt alot of make- up lessons. den tmr also got band. 9- 12. tink they havin drill. wonder they can make it. cos even the most senior there, the sec 3s can't even do the basics. so all the best lahs. tink mi and guan han going back to help bahs. cos no lessons liao. haha.

went back to band today before the geog lesson started. well.. felt tat band was not as lively as before.. i guess. hope the band is doing well. my section. have to buck up lehs. cos 3 juniors, 1 senior. den alot of stress on the senior. poor daniel. yusmar went back today too.. cheers!!! mus teach f. horn section hors.

after lessons, played bball in school. den went northpoint to eat. saw some of the band members havin lunch. oh ya. very funny. got one stupid auntie go talk to agneta den say duno wad shit. den agneta still sit there let her say. jus stand up and go lahs.. haha. den guan han go agneta there say "daddy's waiting for you. let's go. " haha. funny sia. ok lahs. maybe not tat funny after all. after having lunch at food court went to cpcc to play bball again. played bball with some idiotic pai kias. hell with them. who they think they are. sooo.. you noe lahs. tat type of stupid actions. tinking they are good.. or wadeva. bunch of idiots. a lump of waste.

jus had trg yesterday. well.. quite tiring. emily asked mi bought the flippers down. in the end also nvr use. waste strength. haha. swam as slow as usual. lungs are burning. arms are aching. NUS invitational livesaving champion meet on 16th july. third time participating. events very spread out. cos got alot of members. espc guys lors. wahaha. T-jian they all not swimmin. *secret weapon*

practically could not sleep yesterday night. whole body was aching. is like once you stop moving. the whole body will start to ache. tink 1 plus den sleep. den today during physics lessons. keep wanting to sleep. haha. but den the lesson also quite sian lahs. den SS also. drag till so long. hmm.. tomorrow havin prelim oral. hab to report at 8. den i'm the last few. so hav to slowly wait lors. haha.
