Painting On Canvas - Owls - Shading
Today we painted a tree and owls on canvas and we worked on shading.

Simple Beauty - Rock Shaped Heart
Griffin notices the beauty in the smallest of things. He found a rock in the shape of a heart and shared it with me.

Geography Project
Griffin is doing is first homeschool project! He loves geography so we have reached out to friends and asked them to mail him postcards from around the US and other countries. He will mark his map each time he receives one! He is loving this project!

Homeschool Begins!
After much prayer, our family decided to begin homeschooling the 2nd half of Griffin's 4th grade year. Today was officially our first day ~ and we started with a super fun experiment!

Engineers ...
Holding my breath as the engineers do their work ~ they are rebuilding and upgrading my computer. It's a computer Mike built for me over 7 years ago, so I think it's time. I've backed up all my files and images and I hope everything transfers over. If you truly know me, you know how hard this is for me. I have confidence in my husband and I know it will be okay.
