Bond & Blome - Ghost Story

What could be better than uniting Mr Benno Blome and Jens Bond to perform? This are easily two of my favorite producers united in one of the best labels of electronic musical history – Sender Records. If most of the ep’s that are being released are suited to Summer grooves, this one transcends any season with some dark spooky environments being transmitted in the two tracks. In the A side you will listen a “Ghost Story” filled by mysterious voices able to frighten you in a lonely dark night… the music is very well build, it has a groovy beat and the sample choices are very adequate to the theme of the Ep. In the b-side there’s “This Way We Play”, another dark track, not as groovy as the first but quite more deep and minimal, transmitting again the feeling that you are entering into some kind of twilight zone. Easily my favorite track of the Ep. Prepare yourself for some scary moments… a production that will have tremendous success during hard night environments.

Benno Blome - Rumburack

The big man from sender, and one of my top5 producers is back in great shape making a awesome Ep. Benno Blome, resident in one of the biggest clubs in Berlin presents “Red Tuna & Rumbarack”, two tracks that will delight all of you that like it deep, minimal and smooth!. This magnetic Ep sticks to you like glue with two tracks created to full fill your every need. Red Tuna is my favorite, it as several weird chords behind a full minimal techno pattern. I can’t get tired of it, all the little sounds that you listen in this music seem to create a special environment, that the most of producers can’t. The old school style from Benno Blome is somehow unique and different. In the A side you can also have a sense of what his music is all about. This calm relaxed music goes through more dark entrances with a step by step growth. The founder of Sender show’s how it’s supposed to be done. No mistakes, quality of production, special style and understanding of the scene. He is in fact a single producer, listen some of his sets and you will know why. I like the way he moves.

Marc Antona - Blind Tested

After great releases launched by Micro Fibres or even by Mobilee, Marc Antona produces the first work on Sender records.
The first music "Brain Raid" is a trully journey to a brain full of ups and lows, mixtured with a melancholic loop noise ready to eat your head. Sweet Peppers" has the same beginning as the first but with more bass flavors and a quite notorious growth able to be enjoyed.
The third one was without any doubts the one that pleased me the most with great power, great rhythm and a two chord melodie ideal to wake up the people by 7 am. D Day is also a fantastic music, it only has a less pleasant point, the irritating noise that looks like an old rusty door.

Andre Crom - Kardio Ep

After Misc. - Sinus Hotel, Sender records gets back with another pleasant presentation. Andre Crom shows up to Sender#72 with Kardio Ep. Twisted release by this German producer, resident in "Harpune", famous Duesseldorf disco! A 4 track Album where minimal marks place in it's acid side. I loved the release note on this one. I can't describe it better than Sender did, so here it is... enjoy:
"With a resolute dancing-step Dr. Andre Crom leads us into his ICU. Here only patients of the THI (Techno Health Insurance) are taken care of. Which therapy would you prefer? In treatment room A1 the Endorphin flow is stimulated by a grooving acid-bassline, while next door in room A2 a relentless metallic synthline cares for dilated pupils and raised Adrenalin blowout. If the nutcase nurses send themselves on a trip again with their medicaments and don't keep an eye on their patients during therapy, their temperature curve is rising (B1)! So it's about time for Rehab in station B2, with a Kardio therapy approved by all health insurances: dancing!"

Misc. - Sinus Hotel

Perfect 4 track album @ Sender Records by Christopher Bleckmann & Hannes Wenner aka Misc. "Fassade Noir" is the great candidate to the dance floors... it has an incredible bass line, top hypnotic feelings and a great rhythm. Synths all over the place, minimal construction, step by step... it hast it all! what a blast! You may notice the differences between all those previous albums by misc and this one... much more deepness, minimality, less confusion and lower lines. In the third track you get a taste of what Misc. is usually all about - wicked blast off music. But than it brings it down again in "Dance Your Name" with all those charges of low synths, groovy beats and neurotic percussions. Released in the last day of August, nr 67 at Sender. A must have...

2 Dollar Egg & Metope - Split 3

The 56th release on sender records, based on berlin, brings up two well know producers with credits well firmed in the electronical world. 2 Dollar Egg presents us a mass destruction tune, very techy & powerfull, keeping the kind of production he normally does, perfect for those crazy disturbant nights! The tekel remix of Metope - Second confirms us that tekel really is in a great shape creating, one more time, a great remix with electro vibes and allways uprising leading the music to a great emotion. A nice ep showing us two different sides of electronic minimal music
