Iwont be blogging for a wee while as this laptop is unwell.
I have a replacement already, just have to convince it to talk to the internet (the problem is with Mickle's brain, not the newer laptop).
We felt an earthquake here in Wellington about 25 minutes ago - nothing unusual or to be concerned about. As usual Zebby Cat slept through it all, he didn't even stop purring!

Good luck with the laptop swap, it always takes far longer than I think reasonable.

Oh I know the problems with a new laptop, just been through it myself. All the new updates take some getting used to.
Hope the tremors do not get worse. I got used to them living in Johannesburg. The first time I felt them I asked our head lad what it was and he told me that God was angry and was shaking the world! Take care. Diane

When I lived in Wgtn, my cat used to sleep through earthquakes too, the birds in the roof used to make a racket though. Keep safe Michelle.
I didn't even feel that earthquake last night. It wasn't until I was at the gym this morning that I even knew one had happened. :)
I did the laptop swap a few months back. My old one still functions - barely. One of these days I will have to extract data off it. One day.
Long may he continue to purrrrrrrr :)
I have a new computer too but I also have an awesome hubby to make it work....except sometimes he fiddles with it and it does silly stuff for a bit.

Knock on wood, the earth hasn't been rumbling around here lately.
My desk top died a few months ago...no hope of resurrection. My laptop isn't doing all that well, either. I really prefer a desktop but funds just won't allow another purchase anytime soon.
Hope the shakes, stop, other than Zebby's purrs.
