After weeks of immigration related stress I finally got my long term visa today. Yay! And what better way to celebrate a happy day than to make yummy desserts - leche flan and maja blanca! Actually, I have never made or even attempted making them before but since my housemate is a pro the whole process was a breeze! I think I will be making homemade desserts more often now :)
