If students do not want to make payments through the e-payment mode, they can still submit their course applications through the JAE internet system. They can make their payments to MOE later (by 15 April 2005), either:
by sending a cheque to MOE (make payable to ‘The Accountant General, Singapore”, indicating their name and NRIC), or
pay by cash/NETS/Cashcard in person at MOE Customer Service Centre (at 1 North Buona Vista Drive, Singapore 138675).
As the MOE Customer Service Centre is likely to be crowded during this period, we advise students who wish to make cash payments physically at MOE, to come between 7 March 2005 to 15 April 2005.
