BEHOLD THE DUCK

The Duck - By Ogden Nash
Behold the duck.  It does not cluck.  A cluck it lacks. It quacks.
It is specially fond of a puddle or pond. When it dines or sups, it bottoms ups.

DUNEIRA MT MACEDON . WINTER'S THRONE .

Yesterday Mrs J and I pointed the car in the direction of Mt Macedon approximately 64 kilometres north west of Melbourne. An easy drive for a day trip.  We were hopeful some trees sheltered from the wind may have clung to some Autumn colour.  We were a couple of weeks too late.  Most of the leaves had fallen.  Instead we found moss filled gardens filled with soft Autumn light. This one is on the Duneira Estate. Definitely worth the visit.  Cheers J.

Hi V ... I would venture to say that there would not be too many people who entered this garden who could
resist walking through this arbour ... Cheers J.
