where did you get it from, I have been wanting to print mine too, btw I'm Ginger's sis in law :)
I got it at Blog2Print.com I got it printed there last year too.
Oh yeah, a blog book is if you have a blog you can download it to this website and they print it and mail it to you. The past 2 years I have gotten mine printed with hard back cover and all nice colored pictures.
