My 5 sons....

For those of you who have seen our van you recognize the title of this post. It is what our licence plate reads. I "wear" it in pride, or my van does. I never thought I would be a mom of 5 boys. I never thought that my days would consist of constant wrestling, football (indoor and in the front yard), and every and all things electronic. I have long gotten past the fact that when I bring them all with me to the store I will ALWAYS get stares and almost always get comments. I don't mind the comments, I know we are an oddity, not only do we have 5 kids which is rare in Omaha, but they are all boys. I like to think that people just can't help comment because they are sooooo darn cute, or maybe it's because it they are always soooo darn loud. This picture truly captures the love that they have for each other! Oh, I'm such a proud momma.

They are darling! When people asked me if I was done (after the first 2 , but especially after Brad since I got my BOY) I told them they would have more too if theirs came out as cute as mine! they weren't sure how to take that and it made my day! Good for you for raising good boys! Satan will work hard to keep those 5 missionaries from entering the field! Keep up the good work!

Love the picture! When I take all five of mine to the store, with out fail I get comments. Most are kindly meant and it's a great way to get to talk to people. I was just surprised that it would affect people so much.

You do have cute boys!!! I was glad I had my girl first, and then when I was pregnant with Colin I thought I wanted another girl until I found out he was a boy, then realized, yeah I really do want another boy. Boys are so much fun (only in our house it is basket ball more often than football, which drives me insane!)

That is the best picture of your boys I've ever seen. I love it! I can't believe Carter is 2! I'm sorry you don't really have a baby anymore...He's super cute though.

You are so very blessed. You have a beautiful family and they have a FABULOUS mom/wife. You'll have more adventures than you can stand in the years to come with all those boys. Enjoy!

You should be, they are so freakin' cute! Trust me, it's not just boys that are loud. Come visit the chaos at our house sometime.

no doubt they keep you busy and on your toes, but they have great parents, and will grow to be such strong young men. love the picture with them looking "natural."
