Last Saturday, i have baked two no of above cheesecakes. One for Christine's friend and one for my aunt.  As earlier promised to Joey wanna to bake them a cake.My aunt feel so happy upon received. But she still missed my pandan layer cake so much ? ? ? By the way thanks to Christine for the above order....

Tried out with another type of light cheesecake~ Orange Lassi Cheesecake~ The grated zest of orange on top of the cake contributed to a very fragrant smell .....yummy....

Coffee Marble Cheesecake~~8 inch (咖啡大理石轻芝士蛋糕)



Tried out another cheesecake recipe from chef Alan Kok~~Coffee Marble Cheesecake. Looked really tempting and yummy !! If you love coffee, you'll love this coffee accommodating dessert even if you are in the midst of a weight loss program !! This cake has a rich coffee aroma and goes well with cream cheese. Chocolate Milk Cheesecake~~8 inch (巧克力奶芝士蛋糕)

Gorgeous and look impressive !! Sprinkle with chocolate chips and dusted with a little snow sugar on top of the cake~~~~Absolutely delicious !!!! Simple ingredients , fabulous cake........yummyyy

Japanese Light Cheesecake~~8 inch (日式芝士蛋糕)

Japanese Light Cheesecake~~cotton soft light texture, mild cheesy taste and not too sweet, just nice for those who could not take the solid rich taste of cheesecake. It's quite addictive, can't believe that i can walloped half of the cake within few hours. My family and friends like it very much and i hope you do too.......:D
