I always enjoy seeing your finished work. Love the red colors and the matrioshka biscornu is lovely. I have never been to Moscow and I was wondering how you buy your supplies for your needlework. Are there stores there that selling only needlework supplies? Do you shop at GUM?

I'll try to answer. There are so many embroidery stores in Moscow now. And the range of supplies is wide. But as far as threads are concerned, we have only DMC, Anchor, Madeira and some russian, indian, chinese floss. I prefer hand-dyed threads, so I'm making the orders at the british, US, australian, franch, or other internet stores. I like Nordic Needle, ABC therapy, 123, Sew&So, Casa Cenia and others. I pay by card or PayPal and receved the order during 8-10 days.
GUM is huge store! Very fashinable and very expencive!
