Tron Legacy




28 years after the original, Tron will be making its return to the big screen. This time in 3D (which I'm still in two minds about) or Real 3D as they are calling it! I only hope the storyline matches up to the fantastic visuals. Though I am not so very optimistic.

1999 AD clip
Wired UK's editor David Rowan opened his presentation at the Engage Conference 2010 with the clip from the 1967 film 1999 AD.
During the presentaion he said that mobile devices are going to be the key to opening the clickable world, with Augmented Reality currently being the best example of this, overlaying information and content on buildings and, effectively, turning everything around us into a hyperlink.
The Dream's Collapsing
The new film by Christopher Nolan looks fantastic. Get some real Matrix vibes from this one. Thieves enter peoples minds and steal valuable secrets from deep within their subconscious. Enter into different realities, into strange new worlds of corporate espionage.
