Ahhhh.... tt's my result for the recent NUS biathlon 08... my first race after a loooong time of slacking... hehe... i was super shocked at my result tt i did beyond my expectations.... in all honesty... i din train as much... been too engrossed in all the dancing n stuff.. in fact was quite apprehensive b4 the race tt i may not even be able to complete it... met up wif some old farts... leonard n alex.. those guys still damn fit.. sigh.. miss those days when we do team trg in nus src... oh well.. gd to c old frens nonetheless... swim was a killer... current was super strong and sometimes feel as if i'm not gg forward at all... lucky i wasnt the only one feeling this way... i guess exp do count as i was able to navigate well thru the swim route... can c quite a lot of new birds swimming away wif the current... ahahah... guess they need a few more races to get the hang of things... heh... transition was smooth.. tt's the first time when i saw i was actually doing quite well for my swim leg.. lotsa barang still in the transition area... hehe... run leg can be better... if not for the lack of trg... managed to overtake quite a few runners from the first leg of the open catergory... hohoh... overall hav to say is a gd race... v pleased wif my timing... i noe will be even better if i get back to serious trg... dad was there as the support crew... always gd to hav ur folks behind u... last time they were dead set against me racing as the papers always sensationalise the deaths of those participating... oh well... parents will always be parents... cant stop them frm nagging... most prob will be gg for the osim spore tri and possible the aviva half-iron... meanwhile.. i will start my real trg soon... both to get back my fittness n the bod i lost years ago... watch out here i come!!

yest met up wif nat for dinner after work b4 gg to ttsh to visit sam who was down wif some infection... at first suspected viral menigitis.. which is totally bad bad bad prgnosis.. thank goodness it turned out to be negative n he is now responing well to antibiotics... watever the case is.. he is out of danger n on the road to recovery... we had a gd chat wif him n got to noe him a bit better... end of the day.. i feel tt everyone shld always hav an aim n goal in life.. be it a short term or long term goal n work towards it.. i hav no liking for pple who wonder ard aimlessly in life n hoping tt they bum into some gd opportunity... but at the same time, at wat expense is one willing to pay to reach his goal? i believe sacrifices hav to be made but there muz be this tot process tt has to be gone thru b4 one commits. sam has a pt to prove, his price-his physical body. tt man has abused his body for such a long period of time tt he is now in hospital frm myopathy aka muscle breakdown... wat cause him to somthing lydat? y did he do it? altho it does not make sense to me.. i'm sure it does for him...aniwae.. main thing he is alive n kicking.. will c him in studio when he gets better... nat's an interesting gal.. it is gd to noe tt there r pple who holds on to values similiar like mine.. n how we view certain things r kinda same.. tt gal will realli make a gd confidente.. went over to wilson's place for his private party.. meyer road is 1 hell of a long road.. finally reached.. omfg! the place is fabulous!! an old colonial house.. sweet! after mixing ard n catching up on old times.. left ealier to meet up wif peck at some hongkong cafe somewhere in east coast.. hahah... tt gal is soooo cute!!! i absolutely love to hear her giggles!! hahaha... so girly.. but at the same time so inviting.. aniwae.. desserts were not bad tho i feel the hype on the cafes were over-rated... chinatown has better desserts n at a cheaper price... tt gal even showed me ard her neighbourhood..n the places to eat... tho i dun think i will go to the east side tt often.. heh

heh... so after a long absence i'm back... to input more of my tots n bitching... things r looking damn gd now.. juz graduated n now working in jurong polyclinic.. hrs r fabulous.. allowing me to do watever i want to do after 1630.. been v bz wif all the functions n dinner flying my way.. getting a bit tired actually but still enjoying mtg up wif pple and their company.. offically stepped down as the chairman of the 1st NRC.. now sarah has taken over.. i'm am quite confident of her taking rovering in sg to greater hts.. things we do might not be pleasant in the initial stage but end of the day, it is rovering in sg tt has to benefit.. to engage the youth of today... fittness wise.. still not as fit as b4... but i guess trg will start v v soon.. will definately want to do my ironman b4 30... dance wise.. will be taking part in the merlion dance comp this aug.. partnering wif heather.. tt gal realli hav drive in dance.. more than me tt's for sure... having a crash course b4 the com now... sigh... gg to burn a hole in my pocket again... dunno shld i even do a new dance top or not... kaykee's top is damn chio!! omg.. totally love it... oh well...

wow!! i'm still suprised tt blogger din close down my blog after such a loooong period of absence.... been super duper bz the past few mths... too much to handle... haha... hmmm... quite a bit happened since my last post... too much to write it down in 1 entry tt's for sure...let me recap wat has happened.... in july.. had my first dance competition... haha.. it was super duper fun.. did quite well apparantly too.. hoho... was elected as the national rover council chairman as well and had my maiden speech to my fellow scouts at HQ too.. i muz add tt Pow Wow was a big success!! Kudos to my beloved NRC... u pple rock!! not forgetting S&B's D&D the next day too!! was fun meeting frens as always.. chalet was held the wk after tt.. nice fellowship n had a loads of fun staying over.. next day was spent gg for some minister dialouge at arts house.. met up wif quite a few of my frens there - glenn shijie to name a few.. glad tt they are trying to make a difference to Singapore.. the wk after tt was ACS(BArker) gangshow!!! whahaha... as usual, my boys and fellow leaders din disappoint.. it was the biggest gangshow held in Singapore with a attendence well over 800++.. muz add tt the leaders n the boys were awesome.. has always been a pleasure to work wif them.. the energy is there... till the pt tt HQ staff actually asked me to help them out wif the national gangshow at the end of the yr... hohoho... sorry babe.. no time for u pple.. i got too many things in my plate... whahaha.... the next day was spent on the dinner by the dental assoc for thanking us for participating in the week long dental public health screening...oooh... of coz.. i went to japan for my exchange!!! omg.. tt place was juz awesome!! food is gd, pple esp the gals r gd.. everything there is great... juz tt i have a slightly big prob of getting them to understand wat i want frm them... whahaha...but at least now i am motivated to learn jap after i get out of sch!! i'm soooo gg to go back for part 2!! places visited are tokyo, kyoto, nara, osaka, himeji, hakone.. was there for a period of 18 days... got to noe new frens like alfie, cao min.. as well as catching up wif old frens like reiko, masako, sarina, ichan, tsuyoshi, nana and ann... will definately rem the memories i had wif u pple... hohoho...
