shout out

a shout out to my friend teresa who is now a futures broker. i used to work with her in the bank and she was one of the best sales officers we had. anyhow, she is still in the financial word but is now dealing with commodity trading. trading is an exciting field and im pretty sure you'll do good. all the hard work and sacrifices now paying off.

i am rich! woohoo. i heart opps. i have money to spend in boracay. best of all, i have money for christmas shopping. love it. love it.

before you guys panic, the money im holding is in $20 denomination but is converted to Php2*,***. it would have been more but i have spent some of the money i earned buying things online and a few more $$$ are left in the paypal account. happy.happy.happy!

condo hotels

staying in condo hotels are way more practical than staying in a hotel during vacations. they also offer the same amenities as luxury hotels but usually the rates for condo hotels is more reasonable than that of luxury hotels. that is why a lot of condo hotels are being rented out in the US. acutally not only in the US but also here in the philippines. whats great in investing with condo hotels is that the income generated from it could pay for the monthly fees. you don't only get to have a great investment, you have an investment that is income generating
