Slacking already

I made a new ultra training schedule and already i'm slacking, I was suppose to oonly run 6 miles this morning but I elected to sleep in.  Yeah I only got about 5 hours of sleep last night but thats no excuse I have trained on less sleep than that.  But there is a positive side to this, I bought a really nice weight set off of KSL.com last night for $150, so I can cross train today and run tomorrow.
