Bahan-bahan perap
3 ulas bawang putih (ditumbuk halus)
2 tsp black paper
1 tsp mix spice
3tbsp sos lea n perins
garam secukup rasa
1 ranting fresh rosemary(kalau tak suka santa, bubuh separuh sahaja)
optional
2tbsp lemon juice (lynn tak letak sebab tak ada)
campurkan semua bahan, lumur pada ayam. Perap selama 3-4 jam. Bakar dengan ketuhar 200" sampai masak. sebab pakai oven kecil, lynn bake 1jam 30min
serve dengan brown sos (lynn beli ready made kat kedai bakery)
panaskan periuk , anaskan sedikit butter, tuang brown sos, black pepper yang ditumbuk halus,campur air, whisk atas dapur sampai pekat, api perlahan sahaja)
