Summer is Here
So I always forget how much I love the summer in New York, especially when the weather is nice. The photos above are of Pete, Beth, and myself goofing off at the Richard Serra exhibit at MoMA. Hee. We had a lot of fun trying to find different ways to photograph ourselves with the sculptures...there are a lot more good ones of Beth and Pete, but hey. Anyway, school's out and I'm enjoying my free time. I've been pretty crafty, mostly sewing, although I did Gocco some baby announcements for a friend. Other than that, I've been reading, hanging out in parks, and eating far too much food and ice-cream :) I'm hoping to hit a few more museums in the city before I go home in July.Ah yes, the trip home. I'll be home July 12, and will have the car until the end of July since my mother will be in England with Lynn. Hee...have car will travel. The main thing I have to do when I'm home is try to sort out my visa. Rawr. After I get that sorted (and I hope I will!), I can figure out when I'll come back to NY. So yeah, that's what my summer is looking like right now. Nothing terribly interesting, but welcome down time nonetheless.
