White on White + One Other Color

For my other color, I decided to just stick with black!

I haven't created too many white on white cards before, but really like the lovely elegant feel they give!  So I decided to just use black cardstock for the base of my card and black ink for my sentiment!

I really like the Beautiful Day sentiment, especially used for this elegant card!  I think it pairs up nicely with the dies and embossing folder I used!

I love my new Petite Fleur Embossing Folder!!

Trendy Twine Star

Hello followers!

I have one final post as a Guest Designer for Trendy Twine today!!  I've really enjoyed Guest Designing this month!

For my card today, I decided to create a quick masculine card:

I used my die cutting machine to cut the star out of my cardstock and then added the Blue Berry Trendy Twine behind!

Along with a little wrapped around the card over the washi tape.

The "Happy Birthday" sentiment is from my Mason Jar Add On II set from Inspired By Stamping!

I thought it was a fun look!!

IBS Inspiration

So earlier this month Inspired By Stamping released a lovely set called Words of Inspiration!

This set has 6 beautiful inspirations!  

I decided to use one of them for my card today:

When I seen this sentiment I knew I wanted to create a sun with it!!

I used the new Whimsical Banners set as well to create the sun!

I just love how it turned out!

For this challenge I decided to use the Autumn Blooms image, as there are 3 flowers blooming! (I also really like this image!!)

I also used 3 different papers for this card...both white and black cardstock and some lovely Authentique Paper!

IBS Beautiful LO

 Inspired By Stamping released a set this month called Trendy Circle Sentiments, that I had such a fun time using to create my layout I am sharing with you today!

These sentiments work wonderfully with the previously released Cute Circles and Fancy Circles!!

Recently, a sweet friend of mine took some very girly pictures of my beautiful little girl!  When I seen the "Remember you are Beautiful in every way" sentiment, I knew it would be perfect along with this beautiful picture of her!

She just loved being able to wear mommy's pretty high heals!! :)

The frame around the sentiment is from the Cute Circles set!

IBS Washi Tape

It's the 20th of the month, which means Inspired By Stamping, is having a blog hop featuring a different technique, idea or color combination!!

This month the hop is based on the wonderful new WASHI TAPE set!

I am in LOVE with this set!!

I have really enjoyed creating my own washi tape with this set!

I created a fun, bright birthday card:

Just look at the fun Washi Tape designs!!  How fun!!

I stamped 3 of the washi tape styles from the set!

IBS With Sympathy

Today I have a card to share with you using some lovely Inspired By Stamping products.

Unfortunately, I needed to make a Sympathy card for today's post.  By far my least favorite cards to create. 

I used the Flowers Bloom set for the rose stamps to create my own patterned paper!  The lovely rose label is from the set as well.  Which goes so nicely with IBS's Fancy Labels 1 Die, which I LOVE!!

The "With Sympathy" sentiment is from the All Year Wishes II set.

I also used some lovely Scallop Crochet Trim and Colonial Rose Satin Ribbon! And beautiful flowers!

Technique Challenge at Sweet Stamps is:

Create Your Own Background

I love being able to create my own backgrounds with my stamps!!

Sweet Stamps released a set called Decorative Elements this past fall and I knew one of them would be perfect to use for my card today!  There are 7 different elements in this set!

I used the damask looking stamp to create the background on the kraft paper.  I just love this stamp!!

I then stamped Happy Birthday Script.

Once in awhile I get stuck for a design, so this design was actually inspired by a card I seen on Pinterest!  

After seeing the card, I was also inspired to use my Open Hears Medallion for the main image. I stamped the image with Memento Black ink and then using the Black Spot Distress Marker to fill in a few of the openings.

Trendy Twine & CI Rainbow

Hello Everyone!

It's my day to guest design on the Trendy Twine Blog again!!

I am so excited to share my card with you today!

When I was asked to Guest Design I knew exactly what I wanted to do for one of my posts, as it's been on my mind for awhile now, but haven't gotten to it.

I wanted to use my Trendy Twine to create a rainbow!

I really like how it turned out!!

I used Peppermint Stick, Orangesicle, Lemon Tart, Twisted Lime, Blue Berry and Grape Fizz!

I used the twine to create the rainbow and then finished it off my adding some Creative Inspirations Paint in Fairy Dust to give the finished rainbow some shimmer!!

 I really like all the different colors of Trendy Twine!!

IBS Yellow Roses

I have a beautiful card to share with you today using some Inspired By Stamping products!

I just LOVE the roses in the Flowers Bloom set!!

Roses happen to be my favorite flower and I love the color yellow!  

So I love how this card turned out!!
