Birthdayprices!!

Hey! I'm 30 today!
Have been celebrating all weekend with my oldest friends and my family. Was supposed to give you a full update here tonight but my internet is super slow today so I'll try again tomorrow.

But! I'm having a big SALE at my etsy shop all week long!

Just write coupon code BIRTHDAY2011 during checkout and you'll receive a 20% discount on all your purchases in my shop! (The coupon code is valid until sunday 13/11)
Isn't that great!?
Christmas is sneaking upon us real fast and maybe you'll find something that will make a great gift to a friend or family member. Or yourself. :-)

Now I'm going to cuddle up in my sofa with some tea and enjoy the last few hours of my birthday.
Have a nice sunday everybody!

Setting sun behind you.

Hi there!
These are some of the photos I took a few days ago with my beautiful friend Lisa and my jewelry. I really love how the warm autumn sun frames her face and brings such a lovely mood to the photos.

Things that can make a person go insane.

Two nights in a row my necklace has been on the front page of Etsy. My statistics has gone mental. Me too soon.
To go from 150 to 3000 views on a day. My head explodes! In a good way though. Until tomorrow when everything will be back to normal again...
It looks like I had about zero visitors before yesterday.Click on the pic for larger.

All beamed up!

I was taking photos of a new necklace pendant today and all of a sudden a beam of light touched the vintage crystal. It looked almost like a cyber connection of some kind. I laughed at my thought and took plenty of more pictures. Sometimes all you need is an unexpected beam of light!

You'll find this Necklace Pendant in my shop.

Heidi Braids, a frame and some jewelry.

Had a mini photoshoot today in my livingroom and my kitchen. David was taking the photos and I was modelling. It turned out like this:

I also took some close ups on the Triangle Pendant that is all new in my shop today!

Most of these made it to my etsy shop but we also took some more pics that I think looks fun but doesn't really work as jewelryphotos. Like this one:

Walking the hills with sheep and a new hat.

Yesterday we went for a walk. The sun was setting behind the hills and it was still really hot. I had my new slouchy hat on.

The bag is from Frank & Gertrude. I received it in mail the same day that I went away for the holiday and have been using it almost every day since!

This sheep is so cute and friendly. Both times that we've been up in the hills he's been there and every time he's come over to say hello, suck my thumb and talk for a while. So adorable!

I had brought some jewelry with me for a mini photo shoot. Some of them will end up in my Etsy shop soon.

David was trying to record animal voices that he might need in his films. The hen ran away and the sheep just glared at him. I was standing a few feet away trying not to laugh out loud.

When we walked home two hours later the sun threw lovely light over the hills. I can't believe we have this right outside our door!

Finds and tea dye

Found this gorgeous ashtray at the flea market a few days ago. Since I don't smoke I'm using it as a jewelry display when I take my photos.
Inside the cage pendant lies some tulle that I have dyed myself with different kinds of teas: red hibiscus, saffron and black tea.
I enjoy dyeing them myself and the result is beautiful and and uneven.
