GALP RIO no rio Tejo

Imagem do GALP RIO atracado a Porto Brandão a 8 de Novembro de 2008, na fase final da sua vida activa com as cores da Sacor. A 31 de Dezembro de 2008 caducaram os certificados desta unidade que se encontra imobilizada no Olho de Boi a aguardar destino. Foi substituído no serviço de bancas à navegação no Tejo pelo navio-tanque sueco ONYX, afretado enquanto não fica pronto o SACOR II, em aprestamento na Lisnave em Setúbal.

GALP RIO no Tejo a 22-12-2008

O navio-tanque fluvial GALP RIO ex-MELINA a navegar no Tejo, fazendo lembrar outras épocas em que havia um vai-vém de navios tanques de cascos verdes e nomes começados por "GALP". Normalmente chegavam carregados de Sines e do canal de Cabo Ruivo faziam-se excelente fotografias...

LISBON CARGO SHIPS 29 April 2007

Cargo shipping in Lisbon as registered by the cameras of Luís Miguel Correia while undergoing a photographic cruise in the Tagus in the morning of 29 April 2007: the Bulgarian bulk carrier RODOPI, the Portuguese coastal tankers CALP RIO and GALP SADO, the Italian Ro-Ro cargo liner JOLLY TURCHESE and the German container carrier DELMAS LUANDA.
