Butterflies and flowers With Sympathy

Each month I try to keep up with a stash of cards for Christmas and sympathy. For this sympathy I went out of the box and made a slim line design using my new dies from Studio Katia. And I used a sentiment die cut from Creative Expressions.  Then I pulled out some punches from Tonic for the flowers and Martha Stewart for the butterflies.

Wild Flower With Sympathy

I picked up some of the Tim Holtz die cuts and just couldn't wait to use them.  I thought this was the perfect sketch for them and I needed a sympathy card.  The sentiment is from TLC, Create.

with Sympathy - Viva la Verve

Unfortunately my best friend's Mother has lung cancer and is on hospice care at this time.  I made this card in anticipation since I don't want to be caught without a proper card.  Her Mom played organ for church so I thought the music paper was perfect.  I know it sounds horrible to make the card ahead of time, but I want to have it done and then spend time with my friend when she will need me when she is grieving.
